- 39 years on my spiritual path I have come to know that finding self does not come strictly from reading books. Discovering your true self comes from going within, going deeper and deeper with your own experiences and asking questions. As the saying: "When the student is ready, the teacher will appear." One of the big reminders I received and take away with me "Live life consciously". Live it big! Time slips by so quickly! I was able to work on my goals and my life strategies in a warm, supportive atmosphere and being made accountable helpd me move forward in my life and reached my goals! " I attended a well facilitated group with Angelina which I travelled all the way from Surrey by bus to Kerrisdale. You see, I have a disability which makes it hard for me to walk. I was joyful and excited to come each week to the group because I was able to speak openly and freely from my heart. The group facilitated this comfortable space of being which I appreciated very much! I am very blessed to have met Angelina as we developed a wonderful bond and a geniune feeling toward each other. The greatest barrier in my life was not able to open up with women. I became confident and more trusting as the weeks followed. The support and encouraging feedback from Angelina stablized my emotional and mental state of mind. My heart was relieved of the burden I had held on for many years. Angelina has excellent listening skills to hear my story. I like how she encouraged me to bring my widsom and experiences to the table and contribute for the first time among friendly women. I love how Angelina speaks directly at times when required. There was no running around the bush nor hesitation as to what she had to say, and her advice is said in a gentle and sensitive manner. She took an upfront approach and encouraged me to open up and grow in my own style I was comfortable with. It was very important for me to feel that Angelina understood me and when sessions were finished I went away uplifted and refreshed about who I was as a woman. I appreciated that very much! " I was looking for a spiritual group when I came across Angelina. She is dedicated to helping women with the use of a large bag of acquired tools that consitute what is known today as a coaching approach. She practices with integrity.
